—Renga Nishizono Renga Nishizono is the leader of R1ze in 18TRIP. He is a clumsy and awkward yet prideful celebrity talent. Profile The current mayor of HAMA 3. While usually seen as an overbearing and pompous celebrity, he's actually a dunce with little to no comprehension skills who frantically tries to hide his clumsy and negative side. He wants to become a good mayor like his father and grandmother before him, but always messes up. He and the HAMA 4 mayor are on poor terms with each other, and always flare up whenever they meet. Appearance Renga is a young man of average height with red hair in a mullet down to his shoulders. His left eye is red and his right dark brown, with a gray rim around the pupils. His default outfit consists of a black, long-sleeved undershirt, a red collared shirt with gray accents, black pants, red socks, and black dress shoes with gold buckles and toe caps. He wears several accessories: A metal bracelet and wristwatch on his left wrist; a gold ring on his right middle finger; a gray belt with a gold buckle; and his sunglasses, which are usually hung on his shirt. He has several piercings on his left ear, consisting of a black lobe earring, a silver loop and an ear cuff in the upper lobe, and an industrial piercing. Personality Renga is easily irritable, often referring to others as "commoners" and reminding them that he's a celebrity. He constantly tries to prove that he's the best, especially when dealing with Liguang. Even when dealing with the protagonist attempting to fix a case of lost luggage, he refuses to listen, even at the cost of attracting fans' attention. Underneath his celeb persona, Renga is quite excitable and naive and gets flustered quite easily, with several other characters comparing him to a puppy. Renga isn't the best at keeping up this persona, genuine emotions slipping out quite often, such as when he became excited about Ten calling him his friend. He's especially weak to alcohol, having a tendency to slur his words together and spill his deepest secrets to anyone listening after just a couple drinks. Trivia When showering, he washes his elbows first. He does skincare before going to bed. His favorite mode of transportation is airplanes.
