The MC's younger childhood friend and the genius of the famed Oguro family. Though he was hailed as a child prodigy, he had too weak a constituion to leave the hospital when he was young; so, he found enjoyment in listening to the MC's tales of their travels. After the success of a major surgery, he was appointed as the mayor of HAMA 0, overseeing the 18 HAMA Wards. Launching “Hama Tours”, he took a huge gamble in rebuilding HAMA as a major tourist destination.
