Profile
The MC's younger childhood friend and a genius from the famed Oguro family of HAMA. A child genius who grew up sick; unable to leave the confines of the hospital with the most fun he had being listening to stories of your travels. He used the chance given to him by the success of a major surgery in order to unify all the 18 wards of HAMA, effectively taking up the role of 0 WARD mayor. He then launched "HAMA TOURS" and took a big gamble in order to rebuild it as a tourist destination.
