Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'Dev:Quote' not found. Kafka Oguro is a member of R1ze as well as the president & CEO of “HAMA Tours”. He is the overly reckless genius and younger childhood friend.
Profile
Your younger childhood friend and a prodigy from the famed Oguro family of HAMA. A child genius who grew up sick, unable to leave the confines of the hospital—the most fun he had was listening to the stories of your travels. He used the chance that appeared following the success of a major surgery in order to unify all the 18 wards of HAMA, effectively taking up the role of HAMA 0 mayor. He then launched “HAMA Tours” and took a big gamble in rebuilding it as a tourist destination.
